Terms of Service

These terms govern use of AionHRMS, operated by AIONDATA Private Limited. Where you have signed a separate written agreement or purchased through an authorised dealer under specific commercial terms, that agreement takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.

You are responsible for telling your staff that biometric attendance is being collected, what it is used for, and for having a lawful basis to collect it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the employee records you create and for maintaining any statutory registers your jurisdiction requires. AionHRMS provides the underlying attendance record; it does not discharge your compliance obligations.

AionHRMS records attendance from supported biometric terminals and controls access at those terminals, and computes staff salary from that attendance. It does not perform statutory filings (PF, ESI, TDS returns) or leave-approval workflows. Features described as planned or in development are not committed deliverables and should not be relied on in a purchasing decision.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee in these general terms. Note that supported terminals verify people locally and buffer punches when they cannot reach us, so a service interruption does not stop staff scanning or lose attendance — records upload when the connection returns.

Your attendance data remains yours. You can export it while your account is active, and you may request an export when ending your subscription. We will tell you the format on request, before you commit.

Either party may end the subscription in line with the commercial terms agreed with you or your dealer. On termination, access to the interface ends and your terminals stop pushing to our servers; you should repoint them before the end date to avoid a gap in your records.
